If you are not completely satisfied with the services performed by Stanislawski & Company, upon written notice, we will either refund the prior month’s paid fee, or accept a portion of the said fee that reflects your level of satisfaction. NONRECURRING SPECIAL PROJECTS
While our fixed price entitles you to unlimited consultations with us, if your question or issue requires additional research and analysis beyond the consultation, that work will be subject to an additional price negotiation before the new service is to be performed, and an update will be issued before delivery of the additional service with payment terms agreed to in advance. Examples of nonrecurring special projects include, but are not limited to, an audit by the taxing authorities, reviewed financial statement, tax reduction strategies, sale/acquisition of business or business assets, S Revocation, or any other nonrecurring or unanticipated special project or service.
